Who Is the Givers Circle For? The Givers Circle is for those who:

  • Feel called to invest in the long-term sustainability of our church.

  • Have the capacity to make a consistent monthly commitment.

  • Are seeking a disciplined, values-aligned approach to generosity.

  • Understand legacy as something we build together.

What Does Participation Look Like?

  • A 12-month monthly giving commitment.

  • A private, pastoral conversation before joining the givers circle.

  • No public pledges or announcements.

  • No pressure or comparison.

  • Clear communication about impact and stewardship.

Your financial support of the Double Love Experience undergirds what God is doing through our church. We view each financial gift to the church — and therefore each giver — as sowing into a sacred, public trust with God and with our neighbors.

It is a trust that positions our church to transform the neighborhoods of Brooklyn & of New York City, with a demonstration of God’s love, a love that leads to a corresponding love of God, ourselves & our neighbors.

As is said in Black churches throughout this nation, “You can’t beat God giving no matter how hard you try”. We believe this saying, among other things, means that God has a special way of blessing those who support the mission and practices of God’s work in the world.
